Panama’s President José Raúl Mulino recently held talks with Qatar’s Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, during the latter’s visit to Panama. The discussions centered on enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation between the two nations, highlighting the significance of their diplomatic engagement.

In addition to discussions with President Mulino, Dr. Al Khulaifi also met with Panama’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Carlos Hoyos.
