Qatar and Thailand are poised to enhance their bilateral trade and investment ties following a meeting between business leaders from both nations in Bangkok. The discussions involved Qatar Chamber First Vice-Chairman Mohammed bin Twar Al Kuwari and senior members of Thailand’s Board of Trade, including Songsang Patavanich and Jarudol Tulayakijja. The focus was on exploring avenues to boost trade partnerships and investment initiatives that could benefit both countries economically.
During the meeting, Al Kuwari emphasized the robust economic relationship between Qatar and Thailand, highlighting that bilateral trade reached around QR12.4 billion in 2025.
