This message was personally delivered by Qatar’s Ambassador to Singapore, HE Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Malki. The delivery took place during a meeting with Jeevan Singh, who serves as the Director-General of the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia Directorate at Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
